I get that screenshot, when start IDE. Open "options" from main IDE menu
or click "Configure toolbar" button, click "ok" button then dotted line
count is one. Close IDE, then start lazarus again two dotted line, like
a that screenshot.
"<Button1 Name="Save"/>" this is first button in setting, I mean NO
added devider.

The same as before. There is an "Add divider" button - unfortunately
without an image.
I founded it, top on "Clear selection"
