There's a bug report on it
(http://bugs.freepascal.org/view.php?id=28502). The reporter mentions
that if PACKARRAYPASCAL is defined then the component works correctly,
and yes, I can confirm this. The define is prepared already in
VTConfig.inc, but gets active only for 64-bit.
