Hi, part of reason may be that unsatisfied people are usually very loud while satisfied are usually calm. Therefore I'd like to say here (loudly) that I was always (and I'm now) happy in Lazarus and FPC community (forum, ML, bugtracker) and developers and other people always helped when I needed it.
