Why is a Java person considered an Architect, and a Delphi person is considered
a
Developer?

I'm going to add some observation notes to the JavaJarkitechture paswiki page.
Don't take it too badly. Without wanting to offend anyone, but Architect is always a lower stage. In construction the civil engineer is higher than the architect, and in programming the developer is higher (needs higher education) as well.
