Tests done on blank project1
Compiling and Linking is included in the times.
First Round:

56 seconds (blank project)

36 seconds (blank project)
Second round

(IDE closed, then re-opened completely)

31 seconds (blank project)

Conclusion: In this particular case I don't think there is an issue. Maybe only
0.9.8 or
something? The results I got above show the typical memory management
situation... sometimes
you get faster compiler times just depending on the computer state. As for
A.J.'s case,
that's something bizarre that we will have to sort out.
