odd last number: version in SVN. There are a lot of different file sets with this
number.
even last number: version used in a release. There is only one file set (idealiter)
with this version number.

To reproduce:
1) Drop a button on a form.
2) Double click the button so Lazarus generates the OnClick event.
Lazarus would have taken you to the editor.
3) If you try and type, your first character will not appear in the editor.
Please create a new bug report for it.
