I don't know. But on 4.11 (4-STABLE) on i386 it does at least run and
one can place components, edit source and the like.
For a complete working report including the compiler I have to update
fpc and sort out the old stuff from 1.9.4 which is not possible at the
moment.
I'm only actively using fpc with the GTK1 binding and it works like a
charm.
