[lazarus] MySQL 4.1 / 5.0

I compiled lazarus (win32) with support for mysql4. Lazarus crashed with 
error message "file LAZARUS.EXE is linked with missing 
export-LIBMYSQL.DLL:mysql-ssl-clear. I tried libmySQL.dll from MySQL 
4.0, 4.1 and 5.0, but none of them is okay.
