The idea was/is, that at least once, you download a binary version of
lazarus. The lazarus win32 installers contains gdb 6.0.

The 6.2 of fpc 2.0.0 doesn't work well with lazarus.
Maybe the 6.3.1 works better, but I haven't tested that yet.
