Well, I just compiled it with 2.0.0 under linux and it works.
It works for me with a 2.0.1 and a fixed 2.0.3 as well.
But I know a linux machine, where it does not work since last week. It does
not crash, but TProcess makes problems, so the codetools are unable to
retrieve the settings from FPC and therefore can not find the sysutils unit.
After some investigation it was clear, that it is a lazarus problem,
introduced somewhere after 8100.
This may be related to your bug, maybe this is another.
