The only way I can find to download this file is to browse the CVS for
Lazarus-ccr.
Also It would be really nice if you could add the component here:

Without a wiki page it is unlikely that people will know the package
exists...
Ok, besides the systray problem being resolved now, it would still be
nice to hear is someone knows what goes on in the c++ headers ^_^ just
out of curiosity.
