You are right. I was not precise.
The linux problem has been 'fixed' by this.
Maybe Micha fixed some other things for the win32 interface.
Lazarus on win32 was instable due to errors in the ansistring
optimizations in fpc 2.1.1. Apparently these errors have been fixed.
