Very good news regarding SGraph... the author has replied and
generously granted permission for modified versions of the source to
be distributed, provided that his authorship credits are retained. His
reply below should clarify the licensing questions about this package
from now on.

I've verified that my converted sources still compile with the latest
rpm release of Lazarus and will post them to the lazarus-ccr cvs this
weekend.

Please accept my apology for delay; I did not check this account after
the new year :).
The SGraph is completely free. I tried to keep it code from
modifications while I was developing it and due to that I provided
main code in unstructured form without comments. I admire that you can
modify SGraph code. Now the only requirement is that modified revision
has to mention original SGraph and nothing more. You can distribute
changed code of the SGraph everywhere you want.
I also have received message form Radek and sent him answer too.
