At least that is one thing that works.  Yes I use watches a lot, due
to tooltip expressions not working.  :-)

While coding, without running the app?  Just tried it on the Win2000
and WinXP computers.  No tooltips in the editor at all.  This is
consistent while running the app or not.

I will try and reinstall the 0.9.10 release version for Windows and
see what that does, instead of the latest svn version.  If memory
serves me well, it didn't work with the release version either.  I'll
double check this.
