In iPRO.pdf, page 406, I read that Internet Professional support all
HTML 4 except "Non Ansi-based HTML pages" (among others). Is it
possible? Can someone confirm this please? I'm working for two months on
a project based on ipHTMLPanel and now when display time is here, I
can't use it? I never thought to confirm this from the beginning :-(.
Any suggestion for alternative(s)?

Mozilla ?
I doubt if you can find any non-commercial HTML renderer purely based on
Pascal code supporting non-ANSI html pages.Maybe IPro can be extended
to use Unicode but it looks as quite complicated task.
P.S. Saying that is not a pleasure (for a fan of Lazarus) but: if you
really need some lightweight HTML viewer I suppose wxWidgets has and
HTML component capable of displaying non-ANSI HTML pages.Wrap it in
DLL/SO file.
