If you use gtk (linux/MacOSX/FreeBSD)
then maybe this works:
Create a lazarus.gtkrc file with the
following content and put it
into
lazarus directory where the 'lazarus'
executable is:
style "default"
{
font =
"-*-lucida-medium-r-normal-*-10-*-*-*-*-*-iso8859-1"
}
widget_class "*" style "default"
You can find the correct font
name in the font selector of
the environment
options > editor options >
display > font > browse.
