At the old page, there is a redirect to the new page. So people won't get a
dead link.
Problem is there are now two Design Guideline pages:

Maybe the latter should be renamed to GUI design guidelines, but people won't get
redirected automatically then, so then some links *have* to be fixed, using the
references link from the toolbox. Darius, can you do this?
