[lazarus] Qt Custom Control Patch

Hello,

This patch does the following modification to Qt interface:



* Adds more TCanvas functions: MoveToEx, LineTo and Ellipse

* Updates the bindings to 1.12 version

* Supports Screen.Width and Screen.Height
