I believe I have pinpointed the problem to a missing units section in the
LPI file. If I add the section the app does not crash anymore.
The same crash is reproduced when a new project is made and the units
section is deleted.

I have a project which makes Lazarus crash at start. And I can't find
what's wrong with it.
It's just a test-project which I use to test DB-access. The problem
occured after that I set the 'name' property of a TButton to 'refresh'.
Lazarus let you do that, but the program won't compile since 'refresh'
is a duplicate identifier. So I fixed that problem. That worked but
Lazarus crashed and after that it won't load the project anymore.
Since I have no idea, the project is attached. Open it and see what
happens...
