This is containted in the FreePascal snapshot, the lazarus snapshot does
not contain the compiler (you have to define INTERNALLINKER when
compiling the compiler)
The latest win32 snapshot, two days old now, contains fpc 2.1.1.
Fpc 2.1.1 contains the internal linker. You can enable it using the -Xi command line
parameter, but I don't recommend it, unless you want to test it. It is one of the
things in fpc 2.1.1, that is unstable and still under development.
