I try use Mysql component that came with Lazarus but don´t work, a
believe that because my mysqlserver is 4.1 and that component need
libmysql.dll 4.0 (that the message). In other way, I believe that may have
some path to make the original package work with mysql4.1. Have some?

This has nothing to do with your lazarus version, but with your fpc-
version. This should be fixed in fpc 2.1.1. and 2.0.3.
These fpc-versions are included in the lazarus 0.9.15-snapshots.
But for a real solution, go talk to the zeos-people. (Use a newer ZEOS-
version)
