The snapshot from today has the same problem. I could solve it with the
following steps:
- uninstall Lazarus
- install the stable Lazarus version 0.9.14.
- update this installation with the latest SVN data
- rebuild Lazarus

lazarus.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetWindowLongPtrA could not be located in
the dynamic link library user32.dll.
I am using windows XP home edition with all the latest patches.
Just giving you guys a heads up on a possible problem. If you have
encountered it before, can you let me know the solution.
