I don't know much about ActiveX internals, I only created some on Delphi.
But, considering that the project is urgent and that there is little
experience on this with Free Pascal, I think you should use Delphi.
The first few ActiveX produced with Free Pascal will probably clear
the path to make it easier for others to build them, but until them
you might hit problems on your road. (supposing the people that create
those ActiveX write some tutorials on the Wiki).
I'm just saying this because It would probably be better to introduce
Lazarus on a non-ActiveX project. Lazarus covers almost all other
things Delphi does, but easy to use ActiveX support do is something
missing.
