[lazarus] Icons

1. How do I can associate an icon to a project in 
the way it appears in the desktop?

2. How do I can associate an icon that will be 
show in the top left corner of the Form window?
(I'd try to load a picture in the Icomn property 
of the Form but nothing happen)
