I can assure you that postgresql doesn't support the concept of
'commitretaining'.
I assume that ZEOS simulates the commitretaining-procedure, just like
SQLDB does. But using such a simulation, your transaction-isolation
isn't guaranteed. Since commitretaining does actually does a 'commit-
begin', a new transaction is started...
