Maybe some leftover files from an old lazarus or a old .ppu files.
If you rebuild the whole Lazarus, then you should make sure, all directories
are writable (owned by the user) and you select 'Clean all'.
If you only want to install a package, the lazarus directory can be read
only. The output files will then be created in your home directory
(/Users/username/.lazarus/bin/). Except for the above bug
(svn2revisioninc.s). This should not happen on installing a package. Until
this bug is fixed for MacOSX, please put lazarus somehwere in your home and
compile it there.
