[lazarus] TEventsCodeTool.CreateMethod seems to be broken

I've been looking at it all night now. It appears that TEventsCodeTool.CreateMethod is broken. When I add a method with type TMyMethodType = procedure; then the result of TEventsCodeTool.MethodTypeDataToStr is rubbish. I tried to revert back to 9476, but without success. Just can't fugure it out :(   Darius
