The actual name for that feature is Visual Form Inheritance.
Unfortunatily that hasn't been implemented yet.  At the moment, one
can only dream... :-)
You can do it via code, but not visually via the IDE.  That is the
only major item I am missing in Lazarus.  I attempted to implement it,
but the workings of Lazarus is much more complicated than I thought.
