All these versions (the snapshots) have fpc 2.1.1. You can chech it to
tun 'ppc386.exe'. That will tell you the version.
Lazarus-0.9.16-20060528-win32.exe is not a snapshot, but a release
version and contains the latest fpc release: fpc 2.0.2.
