The CsvParser State Machine I wrote should handle those just fine. It
will raise an appropriate exception to tell the user that you have a
malformed CSV structure in test cases 5, 6 and 7. But as you
mentioned, one can add a property (very easily) to allow such cases.
My code incudes unit tests, and your examples will be excellent
candidates to extend those unit tests.
