If one exits, don't overwrite it. If not, create one (if will look
better than not having a stylesheet at all). One could even add a
command line parameter to overwrite the stylesheet with the internal
default, even if one exists.
Yeah, could simply have a check box to imbed the css in the html
fileif desired. Could have an overwrite for project-defined css.
