I think you are pushing this too far. The developers help people using lazarus on good faith. As pointed, this isn´t a simple issue. What should they do? Learn all about it and try for days to find out what is wrong? This is reasonable for commercial software, but not for free software. In the future there will probably be commercial support for Lazarus, so people can buy it if they want immediate answers.
