The library is libtorrent and the client program is rtorrent.
we should be able to create a pascal binding for it.
What about native Pascal implementation? Any volunteers?
At the risk of setting the limit too high, I think it would be better to
have a protocol agnostic P2P file sharing library, such as mldonkey or
giFT or so :-)
