Use 'Find in files'.
Search *.pas;*.pp;*.inc;*.lfm files. Set whole words only.
Use this to replace TSpinEdit with TFloatSpinEdit in your project.
The IDE checks all .lfm files of the project before compiling and updates the
.lrs files for you automatically. That means, you can normally simply compile.

It was changed for compatibility reasons. So something like this does not
happen everyday.
