I deleted #7226.
Regarding the bug #7223, I found the problem. All is ok when one sets
MainForm.Visible := false (and MainForm.ShowInTaskBar := stDefault).
So, though I don't know why, when MainForm.Visible = true, there is
no 'icon' in the taskbar until the application is minimized once
(WinXP, Laz 0.9.16).
