Fortunately creating patches isn't as hard is it might seem to be!
Assuming you adapted the sources in a local checkout of the SVN repository, run
(from the directory where you did your checkout)
svn patch > mypatch.diff
or use the TortoiseSVN GUI (which should be self explanatory).
