AFAIK this is depending on the widgetset. I know that gtk1 has this close
button you mention. If you want it you should prepare a patch.

BTW, I do not see a way to close/delete a results tab/page.
I was wondering how one can close search result pages
(single ones or all). I see OnCloseTabClicked event and a
handling method ResultsNoteBookCloseTabClicked. I also see
that the option nboShowCloseButtons is set to true. I was
experimenting with that option and TNotebook in a separate
testing form and was never able to see any Close button
anywhere.
Is it perhaps so that this feature of TNotebook is not
available for a Win32 widgetset? At least I could not find a
mention of it in Win32 interface.
