It depends on window manager.
>From kylix (kwin wm) :
1.fbssizeable form - minimize,maximize,close buttons.
2.fbsdialog - minimize,close buttons (QDialogs have close button only)
3.fbssingle - minimize, close buttons
 ... etc.
