Stop calling Pascal Pascal (arguable). Maybe Object Pascal is better.
Write more about Object Pascal (OP). Blog posts, wiki articles... I've
not seen a good C++ to Object Pascal guide, for example. Java to OP
neither. I've seen in the other way, though.
Encourage more open source projects in OP.
Im writing in a set of frameworks for OP, and I think that this cold
help to bring pascal to hightlights, the OPF have lot of common features
of Hibernate/NHibernate and XPO.
* VTF: ValueType Framework
* OPF: Object Persistent Framework
* MVP: Model View Presenter
VTF and OPF is done, only necessary is to write more "Database
mechanisms" I have done for DBExpress and ADO, my next steps is write a
specialized version for Firebird and XML.
Today Im starting to working on MVP, I have done a version based only in
Objects, Ill migrate all to work with Interfaces like VTF and OPF, will
be nice to have MVP working with FP Gui toolkit.
I want to write a Application Server using this Framework in FreePascal,
In Delphi in using RemObjects, so I need to find a replacement for that.
Now I need to finish all open features, and will start to compile this
in FP only when all be done, any help in testing with FP is welcome.
