lazarus 0.9.16 is using fpc 2.0.2.
lazarus 0.9.18 will use fpc 2.0.4.
A few weekss after this release we can be sure that the packages
work and every lazarus user can install/run 2.0.4 without problems.
Then we can remove the old IFDEFs.
