Maybe you should try the lazarus development snapshot that is compiled
with the 2.1.1 compiler. This has the case-insensitive search and an
internal linker for win32.
The current snapshot still builds with fpc 2.0.4, I will upload 2.1.1
based snapshot soon.
Now a fpc 2.1.1 based win32 snapshot is available too. I will try to
update them on a daily basis.
