AFAIK not. As only the right compiler binary is needed, I'd also love to
see something like a "fpc-2.0.4-i386-linux-starter-kit.tar.bz2" that
only contains the binary + a readme file with basic instructions about
how to get started (getting the svn sources + build fpc) ..
Maybe someone should file a feature request ;-)
