Well, most probably I am/was not enough aware of those
methods. I'll have to look into it. Thank you.
My actual problem is maybe better described in this way: I
see that something is going wrong in win32callback.inc,
where obviously nonascii characters are not being handled
correctly, but am quite lost in as to what and how should be
changed there (or somewhere else).

PS. If anyone experiments with my patch and -dVerboseWin32u,
one could see the problem when typing nonascii characters
into Edit.
