I commited version 1.21 into lcl-qt and worked great on Unix. Didn't
test yet on Windows.

I think we should create an RPM (and also DEB, etc, on the distante
future) package for it. All similar libraries do this.
On Windows the programmer can just add the .dll to the list of stuff
to be installed on the setup program.
