Please ignore this patch. I mistakenly assumed that a missing XSL file would
not prevent the XML file from showing in a browser. And although the code
will show properly in any editor, MS Explorer and Firefox show an error. I
will add a new checkbox to the GUI so the user can select wether or not to
add the XSL reference.
