For me now it's clear that i don't need the GTK, because on Windows Lazarus uses its native API. And I haven't told Lazarus  to use GTK, so I suppose it's using wini32 api by default. Do i have to uninstall GTK (I installed it because of GIMP? How do I know what environment Lazarus is using?
