I installed Delphi explorer (not the for .net version) the other day and the
license didn't say free for commercial development from what I remember! Do
you say that the .Net version (have to install it at another OS since
Borland doesn't allow one to install both on the same OS for some reason),
say it's free for commercial stuff? Sounds strange to me
