in the unit file of main form:
resourcestring
rsQuit = 'Quit';
rsFile = 'File';
rsOpenFile = 'Open File...';
[..]
I assign these strings to the corresponding captions with the OnCreate event.
and in .proj file:
TranslateResourceStrings(path);
