Sergey, I think they will accept the diffs (patches) generate by
Lazarus as well, though I'm not sure if that diff tool (menu Tools ->
Diff) needs the hidden ".svn" directory to function correctly.
You can also the diff program on a command line.
diff -U 5 orig_file modified_file > mychanges.diff
diff -U 5 orig_directory modified_directory > mychanges.diff
