StringGrid1 is owned by the form and therefore freed when the form is
freed. Of course you can free it earlier manually.
I see also the Graeme's mail, but what's the diff (if possible in few words),
between Owner and Parent :-[ ?, or in the case of controls that accept controls
(TPanel etc.) should be for child Owner = Parent?
